Waivers

We have received another extension on the Hours of Service waiver for Delaware from 6 AM February 18th until 6 AM Sunday, February 21, 2010.  DNREC has indicated that this will be the last extension until severe winter weather returns. The Executive Order issued by the Governor of Maryland includes a provision for HOS relief that will be effective for 30 days or until rescinded.  Please be sure to keep a copy of the attached waiver/executive order in any company vehicle making use of it.
