Certified Employee Training Program

FOLLOW THESE RULES TO GET REGISTERED FOR CLASSES

Timely registration and payment rules will be in effect. Please note the following:

  1. Registration is on a first-come, first paid basis. This is due to the fact that MAPGA has to pre-pay for books, tests, and food. Because of the large number of students who participate, MAPGA cannot bill or invoice any company or individual.
  2. Payment may be made by credit card (Visa or MasterCard) or by check or money order.
  3. Sign up for all the classes you want in advance. There are space limitations at each meeting site.
  4. Registration forms may be found on the website, www.mapga.org. Because of the size and length of the entire packet, MAPGA is not able to mail or fax this information.
  5. Registrations will be accepted by fax (703-530-9653) or email (mapga1@aol.com) if paying by credit card. If using USPS, make sure a check/money order covering payment is enclosed.
  6. Registrations received without any form of payment will be put on a “waiting list” until payment is made. Paid registrations take precedence over waiting list registrations.
  7. Registration CLOSES 2 weeks before the start of the class so materials and food can be ordered.
  8. If you desire an acknowledgement, a legibly written/typed email address must be provided on the registration form submitted. Acknowledgements are emailed 1 week before class starts.
  9. No refunds will be made once the registration is submitted. However, substitutions of personnel are welcome and encouraged. Again, NO REFUNDS.
  10. All students are required to bring pencils, paper, and a government-issued ID card to each class.
  11. Class begins at 8 am and concludes by at least 5 pm. A morning and afternoon break and lunch is included in the registration price.
  12. The instructors MAPGA has engaged to teach want a positive and informative experience for everyone in the classes. Students who are disruptive, belligerent or in any way interfere with the learning process will be excused from the class at the instructor’s discretion. No refund will be made in these cases.
Your assistance in reading and following these rules insure that you and everyone else interested in taking these classes is treated fairly and equably.
